Zach Johnson serves as the Director of Housing Finance for Gorman & Company. He manages Gorman’s national debt and equity partners as well as provides oversight on financing structures for complex affordable housing transactions. Since joining Gorman in 2008, Mr. Johnson has led deal structuring and financial underwriting efforts across Gorman’s markets. Mr. Johnson is active in industry groups including the Council of Large Affordable Housing Owners (CLAHO), the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) and the RAD Collaborative.
