Will Blodgett is a lifelong entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Tredway, an affordable and mixed-income real estate developer focused on building and preserving high-quality and high-opportunity housing across America. He was named Innovator of the Year by the Commercial Observer in 2020 and is one of City & State’s Real Estate Power 100 and Crain's New York Business' Notables in Real Estate.

Prior to founding Tredway, Will was a founding partner of Fairstead, growing the company into one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of multi-family housing. Over the course of his career Will has led the acquisition and development of more than 25,000 homes and $6 billion in real estate across the United States. Prior to founding Fairstead, Will managed the acquisition, financing, and development of over 4,500 units for The Related Companies and served as a Special Advisor to the New York City Housing Authority.

Using data, empathy and technology, Will focuses on building attainable housing and strengthening community to inspire change and promote upward socio-economic mobility—all through the lens of achieving solid risk-adjusted returns with tangible impact.

Will holds a BA from Yale and an MBA from MIT.

He is a member of the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition and Affordable Housing Developer’s Council, and sits on the board of The American Institute for Stuttering (AIS), the Children’s Museum of Manhattan (CMOM), and New Heights Youth, a sports-based youth development program.
