Taylor Koch is a seasoned affordable housing professional with extensive knowledge of structuring and financing affordable housing. Taylor has spent his entire professional career in the affordable housing space, including time at two non-profit affordable housing development firms and two state Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs). Taylor currently serves as the Director of Multifamily Development at the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), where he oversees the state’s 4% and 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit programs in addition to administering gap financing programs such as federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), federal Housing Trust Fund (HTF), HOME – American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP), and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) resources. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science, as well as master's degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration from The Ohio State University.
