Stephanie L. Roberts is the Vice President of Operations for CAPREIT, where she leads the company’s Affordable Housing and Compliance Department. In this role, Ms. Roberts and her team provide strategic oversight, training, and support for compliance across CAPREIT’s affordable housing portfolio.

With more than twenty-five years of experience in property management, Ms. Roberts brings a deep and diverse background spanning conventional and affordable housing, including LIHTC and HUD programs. She is a recognized leader in compliance operations and team development within the affordable housing industry.
