Shannon Ross has been with Housing Partnership Network (HPN)since February 2015. As Vice President, Policy, Shannon leads HPN's Washington, DC based Policy team. Shannon works with HPN members to shape HPN’s public policy agenda and advocates on their behalf with Congress, the Administration and other policy makers.
