Seth Gellis serves as President of Community Preservation Partners (CPP), a mission-driven leader in affordable housing development and preservation. With a deep commitment to improving communities, Seth is a cornerstone of CPP, playing an instrumental role in the development and preservation of multifamily, senior living, mixed-use, and mixed-income housing projects.  During his tenure, he has overseen projects spanning new construction and the preservation of multifamily and senior communities, helping CPP invest more than $4 billion to improve housing for thousands of individuals and families.
