Sam Hurley has served as Chief Financial Officer for The Annex Group (TAG) for the past 6 years. Based in Indianapolis, Hurley leads TAG’s finance, accounting, and Asset Management teams, a group dedicated to structuring financially sustainable developments that promote TAG’s mission.  The team brings financial and accounting expertise to drive development, construction, and property management activities for new developments as well as the existing TAG portfolio. Hurley began his career in public accounting and later worked at Kittle Property Group before joining The Annex Group in 2018.
