Rodrigo Dorador is a Senior Development & Acquisitions Associate for Dominium, where he is responsible for underwriting, entitling, and acquiring financing for new multifamily development and acquisition opportunities through 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and other Mountain West markets. Prior to joining Dominium, Rodrigo worked in the public and nonprofit sectors as a Program Manager at Immigrants Rising in San Francisco, and an Economic Development Fellow for the Mayors of Phoenix, AZ and Topeka, KS where he focused on increasing socio-economic mobility for low-income and immigrant households. Rodrigo is an accomplished real estate development and investment leader with a proven track-record of successfully developing, financing, and managing over twenty affordable multifamily transactions with a total unit count exceeding 5,461 units.
Rodrigo holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and undergraduate degrees in Economics and Philosophy from Santa Clara University.
