Robert Likes is President of KeyBank Community Development Lending & Investment, where he leads a national team delivering over $5 billion annually in affordable housing loans and investments. With more than 30 years of real estate banking experience, Robert brings deep expertise across debt and equity originations, credit, and portfolio management. He also has deep experience in a wide range of executions, including acquisition, refinance, bridge, construction, LIHTC, Section 8, workforce housing, and agency and institutional capital sources (Fannie, Freddie, FHA, Life, CMBS).

Robert serves on several nonprofit boards including the Rocky Mountain Community Reinvestment Coalition, Cleveland Development Advisors, and the Utah Housing Coalition. He holds a B.S. in Business Management Finance from Brigham Young University and completed Cornell University’s Management for Execution certificate program.
