Robert Koerner is the Chief Investment Officer at Standard Communities where he leads the Acquisitions & Redevelopment team. His team focuses on the preservation of at-risk affordable housing communities across the country through the use of federal and local tax incentives, including the Low Income Housing Tax Credit.  Since joining Standard six years ago, Mr. Koerner has directed the acquisition of over $3 billion in assets.  He earned a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Harvard University and his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Brown University.
