Patricia Marinilli is a Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Manager at Bank of America, where she leads the Credit and Investment Team for the North Region within Community Development Banking. She manages a team based in Boston, New York, and Chicago, overseeing credit structuring and investment strategies that support affordable housing and community development initiatives, driving economic growth and sustainability across the region.

Patricia brings 20 years of experience in affordable housing finance, building on a career in commercial real estate that spans all major asset classes, with a particular focus on multifamily and senior housing. Her expertise combines deep knowledge of real estate finance, risk management, and investment strategies with a strong commitment to social impact.

She is an alumna of Dartmouth College and serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation (MHIC), helping advance affordable housing and community investment efforts throughout New England.
