Nicholas Cangelosi serves as Senior Vice President of Development for the Michaels Development Company and is responsible for all aspects of development activity including acquisitions, planning, land use approvals, and development financing. Mr. Cangelosi concentrates his development activities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, and Connecticut.
