Kevin Loos is Managing Director of Capital Markets at NRP and has been a key leader since joining the firm in 2010. He oversees NRP’s investor and lender relationships across luxury, moderateincome, and affordable housing and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. Kevin leads the underwriting platform, guiding projects through rigorous financial reviews, and manages transactions for NaviStone Partners, NRP’s affiliate focused on taxexempt bonds and tax credit investments.

Throughout his tenure, Kevin has driven NRP’s growth—facilitating the development of more than 47,500 apartment units through over 275 closings and playing a pivotal role in capitalizing more than $5.5 billion in real estate since 2015. Starting as an Investment Analyst, he advanced through multiple leadership roles by building strong capital partnerships and expanding the firm’s financing pipeline. Kevin holds a BBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Ohio University and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
