Keli Savage is an Associate Vice President and Head of Impact Investment Strategy for CVS Health/Aetna utilizing her 25+ years of industry experience to make a difference in people’s lives. Understanding that housing is healthcare, Ms. Savage has invested over $720 million in the past 4 years on behalf of Aetna resulting in more than 18,000 affordable housing units being created or preserved & renovated. Coupled with previous affordable housing investments, Company totals since 1997 are now over $1.6B.  

Knowing much more is needed beyond housing to improve the health and wellbeing of residents and their neighborhoods, Ms. Savage’s team collaborates with vision-aligned public and private partners and harnesses Aetna & CVS Health assets to bring a broad range of programs and services to affordable housing communities to address various social determinants of health and promote health equity in the communities they serve.  In addition, Ms. Savage is working to create a scalable and sustainable way to measure the many positive impacts of affordable housing for all stake holders in the industry.

Prior to joining Aetna, Ms. Savage was an Acquisitions Officer for UBS Realty Investors where she closed equity and mortgage investments worth a combined total of more than $1.8B.

Ms. Savage began her career as a CPA at Deloitte after earning her B.A. in Accounting at UCONN.
