John Jablonsky joined National Equity Fund in 2019 and currently serves as NEF’s Senior Vice President – Head of Investor Relations. He is responsible for developing investment and equity placement strategies, managing the investor relations team, and driving cross collaboration within the larger production team. Prior to NEF, John has 15 years of real estate experience having worked as a Vice President – Investor Relations at a national for-profit LIHTC syndicator and as an institutional investment manager for affordable multi-family and commercial real estate investments.  

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and a Master of Science degree in real estate from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, MN.
