Joe Pimmel has over 20 years of experience with OCCH working on Low Income Housing Tax Credit developments. He directs the organization’s philanthropic arm, the Ohio Capital Impact Corporation, which provides grants for summer camps, improving resident lives, supporting partners, and other initiatives. He coordinates efforts to provide technical assistance and support to for-profit and non-profit developers of affordable housing seeking funding opportunities. In addition, Pimmel serves a policy role representing the organization with the Housing Finance Agencies, theOhioHousing Council, and many other industry organizations. Pimmel has an undergraduate degree from WashingtonUniversity in St. Louis and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University.
