Jessica Mullins joined Starwood Capital Group in 2021 as leadership in the newly created national affordable housing development team. She is responsible for growing the development pipeline of multifamily new construction assets across the country.Ms. Mullins has two decades of real estate experience in real estate banking, community development and as a multifamily developer. Prior to joining Starwood, she was a development director at Kittle Property Group and previously worked as a nonprofit developer, a real estate strategic consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle and a real estate banker at JP Morgan Chase.
