Jessica Mullins joined Impact Residential Development as leadership in the newly created national affordable housing development team.  Jessica is responsible for growing the development pipeline of multifamily new construction assets across the country.  Jessica brings over two decades of experience as a banker, strategic consultant, community impact leader, and multifamily developer. Ms. Mullins brings a broad base of skill in facilitating public private partnerships.  She has provided community focused investments, grants and lending to community development corporations and community development financial institutions.  She has provided advisory services as a strategic consultant to cities, counties and higher education institutions to help them navigate the politics, complex laws, regulations and policies that affect government real estate. Ms. Mullins specializes in providing innovative transaction structures while coordinating comprehensive community outreach programs across the country to assist with the creation of affordable housing and catalyzing economic development. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Jessica is based in Houston.
