Jesse Elton serves as Senior Vice President of Finance for The Community Builders, Inc. (TCB), a leading nonprofit real estate developer.  In this role, she leads TCB’s real estate finance, acquisition and portfolio preservation teams in structuring financially sustainable developments that promote TCB’s mission across its fourteen state footprint.  Elton has been with TCB for eleven years; she began her career in development at housing developer BRIDGE Housing Corporation, and later worked at Local Initiatives Support Corporation.
