He has been in the housing field for 25-plus years and is responsible for the ownership and management of 170 properties in 20states. These developments include over 18,000 apartment homes and have utilized some form of conventional or government financing, including housing tax credits and/or tax-exempt bond financing, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, HUD, and the Federal Home Loan Bank. All totaled, KPG’s portfolio represents more than $2.5 billion in investments.
