Jack Aronson is the Senior Vice President of Development and Acquisitions at Community Preservation Partners (CPP), a mission-driven leader in affordable housing development and preservation. With extensive experience in the sector, he leads the company's national growth strategy, focusing on acquiring and developing high-quality affordable housing. He is known for his strategic vision, market expertise, and ability to drive value while aligning business objectives with social impact goals. 

Before joining CPP, Jack served as the Director of Capital Markets at the Tax Credit Group of Marcus & Millichap (now CBRE Affordable Housing), delivering strategic valuation, research, and capital intermediary services tailored to the tax credit industry.  

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics and finance from the University of Newcastle.
