Carrie Lee is a Director with Citi Community Capital and originates construction and permanent mortgage loans and related structured financings specializing in multifamily affordable housing. She focuses primarily on Texas and the Southeast region. Carrie works closely with for-profit and non-profit developers, city and state agencies and low income tax credit syndicators to structure and close transactions. She has worked in the affordable housing industry since 2006 and has worked on more than $3.5B in debt originations and structured financings.

Carrie joined Citi Community Capital in October 2011 in the New York office and moved to the Houston office in 2016.

Prior to this role, Ms. Lee was an Assistant Vice President at Centerline Capital Group in the Fund Management group. She worked with her team to structure, market, and close its institutional tax credit funds. Carrie worked at Centerline Capital Group for 5 years.

Ms. Lee was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She received a B.S. with Special Attainments in Commerce from Washington and Lee University in 2006. She is also registered with FINRA with a Series 52 and 63.
