McCormack Baron Salazar
Cady Seabaugh is the Vice President Of Sustainability for national affordable housing developer, McCormack Baron Salazar. As an urban planner and LEED-AP (BD+C), Ms. Seabaugh has served as a sustainability consultant for more than forty housing developments and served as the project manager in a retrofit of more than 500 kW of solar photovoltaic panels on existing housing sites in St. Louis, MO under HUD’s competitive ARRA 2009 Green Communities Program. She has coordinated over three dozen Enterprise Green Communities certifications and four successful LEED for Neighborhood Development certifications. Ms. Seabaugh previously served on the U.S. Green Building Council’s international Location and Planning Technical Assistance Group, including as Chair, and on USGBC’s international Technical Committee.She holds a bachelor’s degree in Humanities from Yale University and a master’s degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from St. Louis University.
