Brian is the Director of Alternative Investments for RSEP where he is responsible for the origination, acquisition, financial underwriting and partnership structuring of all RSEP’s non-LIHTC investments.  Brian has been involved in a range of transactions including LIHTC, Opportunity Zones, GP Interest purchases, and portfolio valuations.  Brian has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, having been involved in structuring more than $8 billion of real estate equity.  Prior to joining Red Stone in 2015, Brian worked for a national accounting firm specializing in affordable housing.  Brian holds a BS and MBA from the University of Indianapolis, and is a licensed CPA (inactive) and AICPA member.
