Alex is a Senior Acquisitions Manager at POAH, where he identifies project opportunities, develops acquisition strategies, and negotiates with sellers, lenders and investors – including transactions involving investor exits for properties at or beyond Year 15. Alex has worked in affordable housing for 10 years and has negotiated more than 100 Year 15 investor exits.
