Shannon Teixeira is Chief Business Officer at Wendover Housing Partners, where she leads organizational and business transformation initiatives that support the company’s continued growth, performance, and long-term strategy. With more than 20 years of experience across people strategy, operations, organizational design, and business transformation, Shannon brings a distinctive perspective to strengthening organizations for both business performance and the people who drive it.

In her role at Wendover, Shannon works across the enterprise to strengthen the alignment of strategy, people, processes, technology, and performance. Building on the company's established operational foundation, she focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance cross-functional collaboration, increase organizational effectiveness, and position the company for continued growth. Her work also includes advancing the thoughtful use of technology and AI to create efficiencies, strengthen decision-making, and support Wendover’s teams while keeping people at the center of the organization.

Shannon’s career has spanned Fortune 250 companies, entrepreneurial ventures, and high-growth organizations, where she has served in executive roles including Chief Operating Officer and Head of People. Throughout her career, she has focused on creating organizational environments where talented people can perform at their best while supporting strong business outcomes.
