Sam Adams is Managing Director and Group Head of Affordable & Social Housing at KeyBanc Capital Markets. He leads a national practice focused on financing affordable, public, and social housing initiatives, helping developers, housing authorities, and nonprofit organizations secure capital for projects that expand housing access and strengthen communities across the United States. He has led the financing for over $8 billion of affordable housing in the public markets while at KeyBanc Capital Markets.
