John Nunnery

Bio:

John Nunnery is Senior Vice President, Manager of Tax Credit Originations within the Multifamily Capital group at PNC Bank as well as President of PNC Community Investment Partners and PNC New Market Investment Partners. He has been with PNC Bank since 2006. Mr. Nunnery oversees the origination of all housing tax credit and preservation investments as well as new market and historic tax credit investments.  Additionally, he is responsible for the origination of balance sheet debt products throughout the United States. Prior to his role as Manager of Tax Credit Originations, John was responsible for forming and managing PNC’s Preservation Investments group which manages national investment funds that acquire and operate affordable housing properties, with the intent of preserving long term affordability. 

He also serves on the board of the firms Registered Investment Advisors as well as its investment, loan, asset management and fund management committees.
