Bio:

Keli Savage is Vice President and Head of Real Estate and Impact Investments for CVS Health/Aetna, where she leads a national investment platform spanning commercial mortgage lending, real estate equity, affordable housing, and tax credit investments. With more than 25 years of institutional real estate investment experience, she oversees investment strategy, underwriting, portfolio management, and partnerships that seek to deliver strong financial performance while advancing health and community outcomes.

A recognized leader in the intersection of housing and healthcare, Ms. Savage has helped direct more than $2.0 billion in affordable housing investments since 1997, supporting the creation, preservation, and renovation of more than 116,000 affordable rental homes nationwide. Her team works with affordable housing developers, healthcare providers, insurers, community organizations, and public-sector partners to explore innovative approaches that address housing instability, improve resident well-being, and create healthier communities.

Prior to joining Aetna, Ms. Savage was an Acquisitions Officer with UBS Realty Investors, where she closed more than $1.8 billion of commercial real estate equity and mortgage investments. She began her career as a CPA with Deloitte and earned a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
