Justine Manaid is the Director of Strategic Initiatives - Operations at Eden Housing, where she partners directly with executive leadership to drive cross-functional strategic initiatives, operational transformation, innovation, and organizational performance. In her current role, she leads efforts focused on artificial intelligence, automation, knowledge management, and process improvement, helping teams work more efficiently while improving access to information, strengthening data quality, and creating scalable operational solutions across the organization.

With more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing, Justine has built a career spanning property operations, facilities management, regulatory compliance, vendor management, risk management, and business continuity. Prior to her current position, she served as Director of Facilities for Eden Housing, where she led portfolio-wide capital improvement programs and compliance initiatives. She also held progressive leadership roles at The John Stewart Company prior to joining Eden Housing.

Recognized for her ability to connect strategy with execution, Justine specializes in leading change across complex organizations, aligning stakeholders, and translating emerging technologies into practical business solutions. Today, she is helping shape how affordable housing organizations can responsibly leverage AI to improve operations, streamline compliance, enhance leasing processes, and create measurable efficiencies for staff while maintaining a strong commitment to resident service and regulatory excellence.
