Bio:
Joshua Bagley, Senior Director, Development Operations, is based in the New York office. Josh plays a key role in maximizing value for affordable assets through expense management, revenue maximization, and by implementing innovative technologies to enhance efficiency across the portfolio.
Josh has 10 years of experience in affordable housing asset and portfolio management, with a focus on HUD Project-Based Section 8, LIHTC, and New York affordable housing programs. Before joining Fairstead, Josh was the Head of Portfolio Management at Camber Property Group where he led asset strategy for more than 12,000 units. Prior to that, Josh served as an Asset Manager at The Related Companies where he managed a portfolio of more than 10,000 affordable housing units nationally.
Josh holds a BS in Finance with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University.
