Jamie Luehrs is SVP of Asset Management & Partner at Balsam Green, bringing more than 20 years of experience in LIHTC and affordable housing. Her expertise spans asset management strategy, multifamily operations, third-party property management oversight, and investor and lender reporting.
Throughout her career, Jamie has operated portfolios of more than 10,000 units across 16+ states and has focused on strengthening the operational and financial performance of affordable housing communities. She has developed and executed asset strategies across diverse ownership structures while aligning day-to-day operations with long-term investment and ownership objectives.
