Bio:
Hao Li is a Director at Citi Community Capital, the affordable housing lending and investment arm of Citigroup, Inc. As part of the Debt Origination Team, Hao originates and closes debt financing for affordable multifamily projects, with a focus on the West Coast. Particularly, he is well versed in financings involving Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), projects with multiple layers of subordinate debt from state and other local agencies, and Permanent Supportive Housing. Product expertise include Construction, Permanent, Bridge, and Agency (Freddie and Fannie) financings.
Hao obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and master’s degree from the London School of Economics.
In his free time, Hao enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, spending time with his family and friends.
