Finn Magoon

Bio:

Finn Magoon is an Director, Asset Management, at Belveron Partners, a privately held real estate investment management firm, where he oversees asset strategy and management for approximately 11,000 units across the country. In this role, he directs portfolio operations and value-creation initiatives, including acquisitions support, daily operational efficiencies, capital planning, and investor reporting. His work centers on preserving and improving affordable and workforce housing.

Prior to joining Belveron, Finn worked in public-private development across an array of commercial and mixed-use product types.

Finn holds a BBA with an emphasis in real estate and finance from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
