Colin Morgan-Cross

Bio:

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Colin Morgan-Cross is Vice President of Real Estate Development with Mercy Housing Northwest, an active nonprofit affordable housing developer, owner, and operator across Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. After beginning his career working in a residential program counseling individuals struggling with behavioral health and housing challenges, he found his calling creating new housing opportunities for families, seniors, and people with special needs, including those with disabilities.

Bringing his background in direct service and a commitment to building resilient, thriving communities, Colin has led the creation or preservation of over 2,000 affordable homes in the last ten years, with more on the way.  The best part of his job is seeing a family open the front door of their new home for the first time, when a building is finished.
